Jan 28, 2015 Today we released the public preview of our OneDrive for Business sync client for Mac, which provides a simple and secure way to manage and sync your files through the familiar Finder experience. OneDrive for Business sync on Mac not working Greetings, We have been using the OneDrive for Mac client for a while now and have been quite happily connecting to our Business accounts, including file sync via the Finder. Microsoft on Wednesday released the promised preview of OneDrive for Business for OS X, the first way to sidestep the browser when accessing company documents and the only way so far to sync files. Microsoft also encrypts OneDrive for Business data while in transit to prevent interception or eavesdropping as your data travels between your device and the data center. This is done using TLS (transport layer security), a type of secure tunnel, and RSA 248-bit protection, which scrambles your encryption key. OneDrive helps protect your files. You can easily recover files from accidental deletes or malicious attacks and administrators can manage security policies to help keep your information safe. Note: For you to sign in to OneDrive for Business, your organization needs to have a qualifying SharePoint Online or Office 365 business subscription plan.
